He will stay in-state and join\nthe Aggies this fall.<\/p><p>Brown does his club swimming with Rockwall Aquatic Center of\nExcellence and owns three U.S. Open cuts and has met the Winter Juniors\nstandard in four other events. He had a great Juniors West meet last month,\nfinishing the meet with four lifetime bests and four finals appearances,\nincluding a sixth-place finish in the 200 IM. He also raced at Winter Nationals\nwhere he placed 22nd in both the 100 fly and 100 back. He achieved 100% best\ntimes at Junior Nationals last summer with a trio of top-15 finishes. <\/p><p>A current senior at John Horn High School, Brown is a\nsix-time UIL Texas 6A State Championship finalist. He placed fourth in the 100\nfly and ninth in the 200 IM as a junior after placing seventh and eighth,\nrespectively, in those events during his sophomore season. During his rookie\ncampaign, Brown took sixth in the 100 fly and 14th in the 100 back.<\/p><p>He told <em>Swimming World:<\/em><\/p><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>\u201cI would like to announce my recommitment to continue my academic and swimming career at Texas A&amp;M University! Thank you to my family, my coaches, my friends, and my teammates for helping me along this journey and process!
