NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Oakland, Calif. native\u00a0Jackson Masson\u00a0<\/strong>has announced his verbal commitment to swim for Whitman College as a member of the class of 2023.<\/p>\n

Masson does his club swimming with Orinda Aquatics and most recently competed at the WCAB Senior Winter Championships where he was a four-time finalist and had his highest finish be a fifth-place showing in the 100 fly.\u00a0He raced three events at Western Zone Seniors in August and was a key relay swimmer for\u00a0Head-Royce School at the CIF-North Coast Section Championships as a junior.<\/p>\n

He told\u00a0Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n

“I would like to announce my verbal commitment to study and swim at Whitman College. Thank you to my family, coaches and friends who have helped get me to this point. Go Blues!”<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
