The application period begins on November 1st and closes on June 15th. The All America program recognizes the top 100 high school swimmers, divers and water polo players from across the country.<\/p>\n<p>In order to receive an All American honor, an application MUST be submitted to NISCA via our on-line application portal.<\/p>\n<p>You do not have to be a NISCA member to submit an application, but if you are, the application fees are waived (reduced for diving). It pays to be a NISCA member! You can get your <a href=\"https:\/\/niscaonline.org\/Memberships\">NISCA membership here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>For fall season athletes, the deadline for application is 12\/31. After that, there is a $30 per application late fee.<\/p>\n<p>All America Swimming &#8211; recognizes the top 100 male and female swimmers and relays by time in each event. In order to qualify, the swimmer must achieve an All America time standard. Swimmers that achieve the All America Consideration time standards are also encouraged to submit an application. Up to 2 videos may be submitted for consideration.
