Russia&#8217;s <strong>Evgeny Rylov<\/strong> got to the wall first in 22.58, followed closely by USA&#8217;s <strong>Ryan Murphy<\/strong> (22.63). Both swims are now the top-two times done this year.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Murphy(on his finish):<span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"> \u201cIt was a good race. That\u2019s the best of the best in that field and to come out second was a great achievement.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Ireland&#8217;s <strong>Shane Ryan<\/strong> raced to the podium with a 22.76, besting Russia&#8217;s <strong>Kliment Kolesnikov<\/strong> (22.77) and Brazil&#8217;s <strong>Guilherme Guido<\/strong> (22.79).
