Nashville Aquatic Club won the women’s relay in a minor upset over Chelsea Piers, who had three swimmers in the 100 free A-Final. But the Walsh sisters book-ended the relay with Alex (48.97) leading off and Gretchen (47.95) anchoring. Nashville won their fourth relay of the meet. Chelsea Piers won the only relay that Nashville did not win, the 200 free relay last night.

Chelsea Piers (3:20.59) finished third behind SwimMAC Carolina (3:19.56).

Event 35 Women 4x100 Yard Freestyle Relay
==================================================================================
SC Jrs Meet: J 3:16.62 12/12/2015SwimMAC Carolina
A Marsh, E Brown, C Lappin, J Merritt
Pool: P 3:08.54 3/21/2015 Stanford
L Neal, J Hu, L Engel, S Manuel
Team Seed Finals Points
==================================================================================
1 Nashville Aquati-SE 'A' 3:17.32 3:18.63 40
1) Alex Walsh 17 2) r:0.32 Lauren Hurt 17
3) r:0.09 Ella Nelson 17 4) Gretchen Walsh 15
r:+0.17 23.99 48.97 (48.97)
1:12.89 (23.92) 1:39.33 (50.36)
2:03.81 (24.48) 2:30.68 (51.35)
2:53.42 (22.74) 3:18.63 (47.95)
2 SwimMAC Carolina-NC 'A' 3:18.45 3:19.56 34
1) Janie Smith 17 2) r:0.14 Olwyn Bartis 17
3) r:0.30 Maddy Flickinger 17 4) Elizabeth Sowards 15
r:+0.45 24.27 50.54 (50.54)
1:14.24 (23.70) 1:40.49 (49.95)
2:03.79 (23.30) 2:29.65 (49.16)
2:53.67 (24.02) 3:19.56 (49.91)
3 Chelsea Piers Aq-CT 'A' 3:21.63 3:20.59 32
1) Bridget Semenuk 17 2) r:0.35 Sophia Moore 16
3) r:0.19 Maxine Parker 16 4) Kate Douglass 17
r:+0.09 24.03 50.19 (50.19)
1:14.69 (24.50) 1:42.02 (51.83)
2:05.63 (23.61) 2:31.31 (49.29)
2:54.70 (23.39) 3:20.59 (49.28)
4 Carmel Swim Club-IN 'A' 3:26.93 3:23.00 30
1) Ashlyn Underhill 18 2) r:0.37 Kendra Bowen 17
3) r:0.14 Madelyn Christman 15 4) Kelly Pash 17
r:+0.21 24.70 51.13 (51.13)
1:15.86 (24.73) 1:42.12 (50.99)
2:06.39 (24.27) 2:33.11 (50.99)
2:56.82 (23.71) 3:23.00 (49.89)
5 Tide Swimming-VA 'A' 3:24.26 3:23.55 28
1) Nikki Venema 17 2) r:0.26 Elle Caldow 16
3) r:0.22 Samantha Tadder 15 4) Kayla Wilson 14
r:+0.37 24.48 50.68 (50.68)
1:15.25 (24.57) 1:41.94 (51.26)
2:06.13 (24.19) 2:32.86 (50.92)
2:57.18 (24.32) 3:23.55 (50.69)
6 Cardinal Aquatic-KY 'A' 3:23.24 3:23.67 26
1) Emma Hixenbaugh 17 2) r:0.20 Ella Welch 14
3) r:0.38 Gabi Albiero 16 4) Krista Wheeler 15
r:+0.17 25.15 52.22 (52.22)
1:16.10 (23.88) 1:42.86 (50.64)
2:06.86 (24.00) 2:33.02 (50.16)
2:57.12 (24.10) 3:23.67 (50.65)
7 SwimMAC Carolina-NC 'B' 3:20.86 3:23.88 24
1) Katie Corbi 17 2) r:0.24 Allyson Accordino 17
3) r:0.32 Amy Dragelin 18 4) Kensley Merritt 17
r:+0.15 24.23 50.62 (50.62)
1:15.14 (24.52) 1:41.76 (51.14)
2:06.10 (24.34) 2:32.70 (50.94)
2:57.07 (24.37) 3:23.88 (51.18)
8 Michigan Lakesho-MI 'A' 3:23.30 3:24.17 22
1) Kasia Norman 15 2) r:0.31 Sage Gettings 16
3) r:0.26 Elle Giesler 17 4) Kathryn Ackerman 16
r:+0.26 24.48 52.52 (52.52)
1:16.95 (24.43) 1:43.85 (51.33)
2:08.07 (24.22) 2:34.75 (50.90)
2:58.36 (23.61) 3:24.17 (49.42)

Men’s 400 Free Relay

The Mason Manta Rays could not make it a clean sweep of the relays at the Speedo Winter Junior Nationals East Championships in Greensboro as Dynamo Swim Club won with a 2:59.08.

The Manta Rays were second at 2:59.21 as Dynamo got the best of them after a long weekend of racing.
