Westminster Christian &#8211; 265<br \/>\n2. Spanish Fort &#8211; 198<br \/>\n3. Grissom &#8211; 163<br \/>\n4. James Clemens &#8211; 162<br \/>\n5. Auburn &#8211; 150<\/p>\n<p>Spanish Fort&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Levenia<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Sim<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Letitia Sim<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Kristin Stough\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Alyssa Denis\u00a0<\/strong>began the meet with a win in the 4&#215;50 medley relay, combining to post a winning time of 1:47.00.\u00a0Auburn&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ava Talorico\u00a0<\/strong>dove to first on the 1-meter board, posting a final score of 429.40 ahead of Daphne&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Emilie Hunter\u00a0<\/strong>score of 405.20.<\/p>\n<p>Soon after, Letitia Sim was back in the water to claim a seven-second victory in the 200 IM with a quick 2:01.64. Her time broke the Alabama All-Time and 6A\/7A record of 2:03.60 set by\u00a0<strong>Mallory Underwood\u00a0<\/strong>in 2016. Her winning 100 breast time of 1:01.64 crushed the previous crushed the class mark of 1:03.19 set last year and also set a new All-Time record.<\/p>\n<p>Westminster Christian&#8217;s<strong> Rebekah Hamilton\u00a0<\/strong>cruised to first in the 200 free, stopping the clock in 1:49.45 as the only swimmer in the field to crack the 1:50 barrier. Her time broke the previous 6A\/7A mark of 1:50.35 set by\u00a0<strong>Hadley Dowdle\u00a0<\/strong>in 2016.\u00a0She also won the 500 free in 5:01.40 after breaking the class record during prelims with a time of 5:00.81.<\/p>\n<p>Westminster Christian&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Eboni McCarty\u00a0<\/strong>sprinted to first in the 50 free, winning by one full second in a speedy 22.81. Her time eclipsed her own All-Time and 6A\/7A record of 22.86 she set during prelims. Not too long after, McCarty earned the 100 free title in 50.41 to break the previous class mark of 50.59 set two years ago by\u00a0<strong>Regan Weakley<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Daphne&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Olivia Smith\u00a0<\/strong>flew to first in the 100 fly, getting her hands to the wall first in 56.40. She then added her second individual gold of the meet in the 100 back after dropping nearly a second from her morning swim to win in 55.52.<\/p>\n<p>Westminster Christian&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Jewel Krings<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Larissa Dowling<\/strong>, Hamilton and McCarty combined to win the 4&#215;50 free relay in 1:38.19. Hamilton, Dowling, and McCarty joined\u00a0<strong>Lauren McAdams\u00a0<\/strong>to secure their team title with a seven-second win in the 4&#215;100 free relay in 3:32.98.<\/p>\n<h1>Boys Meet<\/h1>\n<h2>Top 5 Team Scores:<\/h2>\n<p>1. Huntsville &#8211; 309<br \/>\n2. Daphne &#8211; 262<br \/>\n3. Auburn &#8211; 216<br \/>\n4. Spain Park &#8211; 179<br \/>\n5. Davidson &#8211; 164<\/p>\n<p>Daphne&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Will Robinson<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Trey Sheils<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Graham Jenkins\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Tyler Bailey\u00a0<\/strong>started the boys&#8217; meet off with a bang as the won the 4&#215;50 medley relay in 1:35.07, eclipsing their own 6A\/7A mark of 1:35.81 they set during prelims.<\/p>\n<p>Shortly after, Sheils was back in the pool to win the 200 IM in 1:52.10, over three seconds ahead of the rest of the field. His time of 1:51.13 during his morning swim set a new 6A\/7A mark. He then won the 100 breast in 55.34, sneaking under his own All-Time and 6A\/7A record of 55.39 he set during prelims.<\/p>\n<p>Huntsville&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Caleb Chance\u00a0<\/strong>won close 200 free battle, getting his hand to the wall first in 1:42.07. Close behind was Spain Park&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ward Lockhart\u00a0<\/strong>(1:42.24) and Daphne&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Andrew Jordan\u00a0<\/strong>(1:42.37). Chance is the current class record-holder in this event from the 1:41.04 he swam last year.<\/p>\n<p>Chance&#8217;s second individual win came in the 100 back where he won in 50.64, just ahead of winning medley relay leadoff Robinson (50.96).\u00a0Lockhart later won the 500 free in 4:36.87, sneaking under the class mark of 4:37.02 he set earlier during prelims.<\/p>\n<p>Northview&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Wen Zhang\u00a0<\/strong>posted a convincing victory in the 50 free, sprinting his way home in 20.47. His winning time broke his own class mark of 20.56 he set back in 2016. He then went on to win the 100 free in 44.24, breaking both the Alabama All-Time record and the 6A\/7A mark.<\/p>\n<p>St. Paul Episcopal freshman\u00a0<strong>Stephen Conrad\u00a0<\/strong>found himself on top of the podium in the 100 fly, winning by three-tenths in 51.20 ahead of Athens&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Connor Hill\u00a0<\/strong>(51.57).\u00a0Spain Park&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Zachary El-Fallah\u00a0<\/strong>took the top spot on the 1-meter board, finishing with a final score of 396.50 ahead of runner-up\u00a0<strong>Daniel Coffman\u00a0<\/strong>(340.25) of Huntsville.<\/p>\n<p>Davidson&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Garrett Yarbrough<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Noah Latiolais<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Ignacio Salas\u00a0<\/strong>an\u00a0<strong>Calvin Bylinowski\u00a0<\/strong>won the 4&#215;50 free relay in 1:27.96.
