The meet will be split between west and east with the west meet taking place in Austin, Texas, while the east meet will be in Greensboro, North Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>The west meet will feature some big names with national team member\u00a0<strong>Regan Smith\u00a0<\/strong>in attendance, although she will not be swimming any backstroke events. Instead, she is entered in the 500 free, 200 free, 100 free and 200 fly.<\/p>\n<p>One of USA Swimming&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/luca-urlando-proving-to-be-rare-teen-phenom-at-mens-national-level\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">breakout stars in 2018<\/a> was\u00a0<strong>Gianluca Urlando\u00a0<\/strong>out of California. He placed third in the 200 fly this summer at Nationals, just missing a place on the Pan Pac team. Urlando is a junior in high school and already <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/nag-record-holder-gianluca-urlando-gives-georgia-verbal-for-class-of-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pledged his verbal commitment<\/a> to the University of Georgia.
