Ledecky has won the award every year since 2013. This year, she won over\u00a0<strong>Haley Anderson\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Kathleen Baker<\/strong>. You can watch her win her sixth straight Female Athlete of the Year award below.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/0SqvfHM5_HU\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The incomparable Katie Ledecky again led the Team USA women at the 2018 Pan Pacific Championships with five medals, including repeat gold-medal performances in the 400m, 800m and 1500m freestyle events. She added silver in the 4x200m free relay and bronze in the 200m free. Earlier in 2018, Ledecky eclipsed her own world record in the 1500m free at the TYR Pro Swim Series at Indianapolis with a time of 15:20.48, won U.S. titles in the 200m, 400m and 800m free at the 2018 Phillips 66 National Championships and claimed the women\u2019s overall TYR Pro Swim Series title.
