He achieved three best times at the 2017 NCSA Summer Championships after placing fifth in the mile at the Arena Grand Challenge. Also competing for Clovis North High School, Tuggle has competed in the 500 free at the CIF State Championships during his last two seasons. He won that event at CIF-Central Sections and was the 100 fly runner-up during his junior season.<\/p>\n<p>His best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 fly &#8211; 51.21<\/li>\n<li>200 fly &#8211; 1:53.43<\/li>\n<li>500 free &#8211; 4:34.44<\/li>\n<li>1000 free &#8211; 9:34.83<\/li>\n<li>1650 free &#8211; 15:53.84<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>When he arrives on campus in the fall of 2019, Tuggle will add his talents to a fly group led by\u00a0<strong>Matija Pucarevic\u00a0<\/strong>who placed in the top-8 of both distances at the 2018 NCAA DII Championships.
