On the women\u2019s side, Louisville\u2019s <strong>Mallory<\/strong> <strong>Comerford<\/strong> has been selected as the ACC Women\u2019s Swimmer of the Week, and Duke\u2019s <strong>Maddi Pullinger<\/strong> has been tabbed as the Diver of the Week.<\/p>\n<p>Vazaios was the top scorer for the ACC at the inaugural ACC\/Big Ten Swimming &amp; Diving Challenge, racking up 21 points for league. The senior from Athens, Greece, turned in four top-three finishes, including wins in the 200 back and 200 IM. Vazaios placed third in the 200 free, and was on the second-place 800 free relay team with teammate Jacob Molacek, Notre Dame\u2019s Zach Yeadon and Georgia Tech\u2019s Rodrigo Correia.<\/p>\n<p>Hernandez posted a top-five finish on platform for the ACC at the ACC\/Big Ten Challenge. The junior from Southlake, Texas, scored a 362.20 on platform, in addition to a 346.75 effort in the 3-meter competition, good for ninth place.<\/p>\n<p>Comerford had a strong showing for the conference at the ACC\/Big Ten Challenge. The senior from Kalamazoo, Michigan, became the first female swimmer in the NCAA this year to break 47 seconds in the 100 free, posting a time of 46.96, an NCAA automatic cut.<\/p>\n<p>Pullinger shined for Duke at the Big Al Invitational with two wins and a second-place finish. The freshman from Sydney, Australia, won the 1-meter competition with a score of 293.15, and the 3-meter competition with a score of 327.35.
