NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Pepperdine University has gained an in-state verbal for the fall of 2019 from Livermore, Calif. native\u00a0Caroline Eckel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Eckel does her club swimming with Pleasanton Seahawks under coach\u00a0Steve Morsilli<\/strong> and owns the Winter Juniors standard in the 100 back. She raced four events at Far Westerns over the summer and recorded a pair of best times at Juniors West last winter. Also competing for Granada, Eckel has competed at the CIF State Championships each of her three high school seasons so far. She has also earned USA Swimming Scholastic All-American honors for her efforts.<\/p>\n
