NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The University of Northern Colorado has earned their first verbal commitment for the fall of 2019 from\u00a0Kalispell, Montana’s\u00a0A.J.\u00a0<\/strong>Popp<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Popp does her club swimming with\u00a0Kalispell Aquatic Team and owns the Winter Juniors standard in the 200 back. She placed eighth in the 200m back at Santa Clara Futures over the summer and was a six-time champion at the Montana LCM Championships. She recorded a pair of best times at Juniors West and won five events at Montana SCY Championships last winter.<\/p>\n

Also representing Glacier High School, Popp is four-time Montana State Championship finalist.\u00a0The USA Swimming Scholastic All-American won the 200 free and was the 100 free runner-up as a junior after placing third in the 500 free and fourth in the 200 IM as a freshman.<\/p>\n

She told\u00a0Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n
