NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Spokane, Wash. breaststroker\u00a0Ryan Foote\u00a0<\/strong>has declared his verbal pledge to the University of Utah beginning in the fall of 2019.<\/p>\n

Foote swims year-round with Spokane Waves Aquatic Team and owns the Winter Nationals cut in the 100m breast. He was a three-time finalist at NCSAs this summer with his highest finish being a ninth-place showing in the 100m breast. He notched four lifetime bests at Federal Way Speedo Sectionals in March and was a five-time finalist at Washington Seniors last winter. Foote has made significant improvements over the past two seasons, shaving off four seconds from his 100 breast and knocking off 12 from his 200 breast.<\/p>\n
