RECENT junior national champion Dylan Carter&#039;s swimming career is on a quickly upward trajectory, and he talks about his domestic and international goals on today&#039;s edition of <i>The Morning Swim Show<\/i>. <\/p>\n<p>Carter talks with host Tiffany Elias about the reasons he decided to move to the United States from Trinidad, and how he had little time to adjust to short course yards swimming before winning two titles at the December junior nationals.
