RESULTS<\/a><\/p>\n<h3>Women\u2019s 400 IM<\/h3>\n<p>Hungary\u2019s <strong>Katinka Hosszu<\/strong>, continued her dominance in this event, especially in her home country.<\/p>\n<p>She won the event in 4:23.5, four seconds ahead of the field.<\/p>\n<p>Japan\u2019s<strong> Yui Ohash<\/strong>i finished second in 4:27.23, ahead of another Hungarian,<strong> Zsuzsanna Jakabos<\/strong>, who finished in 4:30.00.<\/p>\n<p>Spain\u2019s <strong>Catalina Corro<\/strong> finished fourth in 4:30.21, followed by <strong>Leah Smith<\/strong> of the U.S., who finished in 4:32.84.<\/p>\n<div control early in the men\u2019s 1500 and cruised to a victory in 14:39.84.<\/p>\n<p>He finished eight seconds ahead of the rest of the field.<\/p>\n<p>Hungary\u2019s<strong> David Lakatos<\/strong> fast start on Friday, winning the 50 back in 23.19.<\/p>\n<p>He held off Russia\u2019s <strong>Vladimir Morozov<\/strong>, who finished second in 23.29.<\/p>\n<p>Australia\u2019s <strong>Mitchell Larkin<\/strong> took third in 23.37, followed by Japan\u2019s <strong>Kosuke Matsui<\/strong> (23.69) and <strong>Ryosuke<\/strong> <strong>Irie<\/strong> (23.73).<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_331991\" back in second place for most of the women\u2019s 200 free, but made a late move in the final 50 to secure the victory in 1:51.60.<\/p>\n<p>Sjostrom\u2019s final 50 split was 28.52.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Femke Heemskerk<\/strong> of the Netherlands led most of the race and finished second in 1:52.04.<\/p>\n<p>China\u2019s <strong>Wang JianJiahe<\/strong> was third in 1:53.31, followed by<strong> Melanie Margalis<\/strong> of the U.S., who finished in 1:53.57.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leah Smith<\/strong> finished eighth in 1:57.11.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_331993\" back-half surge to race to victory in the 100 back, finishing in 55.81.<\/p>\n<p>It was enough to hold off <strong>Kathleen Baker<\/strong> of the U.S., who finished just being in 56.04.<\/p>\n<p>Hungary\u2019s <strong>Katinka Hosszu<\/strong> was third in 56.08, ahead of Great Britain\u2019s <strong>Georgia Davies<\/strong> (56.75) and Russia\u2019s <strong>Mariia quick start and hung on to win the 50 breast in 25.88.<\/p>\n<p>Slovenia\u2019s <strong>Peter Stevens<\/strong> finished second in 26.04, just ahead of Russia\u2019s <strong>Kirill Prigoda<\/strong> (26.06).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michael Andrew<\/strong> of the U.S. was fourth n 26.30, follow by China\u2019s <strong>Wang Lizhuo<\/strong> (26.31) and<strong> Nic Fink<\/strong> of the U.S. (26.39).
