Stanford Women’s Swimming & Diving found itself among countless honors this season – Pac-12 Swimmer, Rookie and Coach of the Year<\/a>, an NCAA Postgraduate Scholarship to Lindsey Engel<\/strong><\/a>, a Simone Manuel<\/strong> Honda Cup nomination<\/a>, countless awards to Katie Ledecky<\/strong><\/a> and more. The team capped off their historic season with the distribution of their NCAA Championship rings on Oct. 1.<\/p>\n

The Cardinal made a historic run at the NCAA title in March, capturing the victory by 220<\/a> points over runner-up California. In the process,\u00a0Stanford became the third team in history to win all five relays<\/a> at a single NCAA Championships. Arizona did it in 2008 and Georgia so in 2005. Stanford also won the most titles in a single NCAA meet with 13. The program is now amongst the talks of having the greatest women\u2019s team of all-time.<\/p>\n

In honor of the performance, the team received championship rings as displayed on multiple social media accounts:<\/p>\n
