NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The University of Cincinnati has picked up a verbal commitment from breaststroker and IMer Lindsey Sanders,<\/strong> who will arrive on campus next fall.<\/p>\n

Sanders swims year-round with Tennessee Aquatics under head coach\u00a0Larry Hough\u00a0<\/strong>and has earned a Winter Juniors cut in the 200 breast. She won the 200m breast and swam to the bronze in the 200m IM at the Southeastern LCM Championships in July. She was the 200 IM champion in a new lifetime best at the 2017 Music City Invite and was a two-time finalist at Tennessee Futures two summers ago.<\/p>\n

A native of Knoxville, Sanders is a six-time TISCA State Championship finalist representing L&N Stem Academy. During her junior season, she placed third in the 100 breast and fourth in the 200 IM after finishing seventh in both of those events during her sophomore campaign.<\/p>\n
