Pieroni flipped first at 23.12, ahead of <\/span><b>Vlad Morozov <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(winner of the event at last week\u2019s stop in Kazan) and never let up, coming home in a blistering 24.99 to take the event win and break the 2015 record.
