NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Emerald Isle, N.C. native\u00a0Lyndsey Reeve\u00a0<\/strong>has announced her verbal commitment to the University of Pennsylvania beginning in the fall of 2019.\u00a0She will join\u00a0Anna Feng<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>as a member of the class of 2023.<\/p>\n

Reeve does her club swimming with East Carolina Aquatics where she has earned a Winter Juniors standard in the 100 fly. She achieved two personal bests and finaled twice at the Cary Futures Championships this past summer. At the NC LCM Senior Championships in July, she was the runner-up in the 200m free (2:06.38) and 400m free (4:25.14). She is a six-time finalist at the NC SCY Senior Championships\u00a0and also competed at Junior Nationals East in December.<\/p>\n

Also representing Croatan High School, Reeve earned the silver medal in the 200 free (1:50.73) and 100 fly (55.97) at the NCHSAA 1A\/2A State Championships as a junior. The USA Scholastic All-American won the 200 free (1:50.99) as a sophomore and took fourth (1:55.74) as a freshman. She holds multiple records for both her club and high school teams as well.<\/p>\n
