She recently capped off her long course season with two best times at the Futures Championships in Richmond. She was a four-time New England Senior Championship finalist and won the 200 fly (2:00.99) at the New England 15-18 Age Group Championships.<\/p>\n<p>She told\u00a0<em>Swimming World:<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #a61414;\"><strong>&#8220;I am so excited to announce my verbal commitment to swim and study at U Penn. The school will provide me excellent opportunity to push boundaries in both my education and swimming. I love the beautiful campus and the surrounding city of Philadelphia. I can\u2019t wait to be a part of this amazing team in 2019!&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 breast &#8211; 1:04.42<\/li>\n<li>200 breast &#8211; 2:18.34<\/li>\n<li>100 fly &#8211; 55.26<\/li>\n<li>200 fly &#8211; 1:59.94<\/li>\n<li>200 IM &#8211; 2:03.18<\/li>\n<li>400 IM &#8211; 4:22.41<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Feng&#8217;s versatility will be extremely valuable for Penn when she arrives on campus for the 2019-20 season. Her top 100 and 200 breast times would&#8217;ve made her the fastest Quaker at the 2018 Ivy League Championships.
