REBECCA Ejdervik shot down the Swedish record in the women&#039;s 50 breast during the second night of action at the Swedish Short Course Nationals in Helsingborg. Ejdervik clocked a time of 29.95, clipping the 29.96 set by Emma Igelstrom back in 2002 to stand second in the world this year, and become just one of 15 swimmers under 30 seconds in the event&#039;s history. <\/p>\n<p>Ejdervik joined the Morning Swim Show just last week to talk about how her training has been going. <\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/blip.tv\/play\/hKkHg4nBVgI.x?p=1\" width=\"470\" height=\"380\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Kristian Kron also blasted a meet mark in the men&#039;s 200 back with a1:54.70 for the win in the distance dorsal.  That swim bested his 1:55.52 from two years ago. Johannes Skagius picked off the Swedish junior record in the men&#039;s 100 breast with a 58.83, clearing his previous mark of 59.68 set earlier this month. <\/p>\n<p>Yesterday, Simon Sjodin downed the meet record in the men&#039;s 100 IM with a 53.52.  That performance crushed the 54.31 set by Sebastian Holberg a year ago, and came close to Sjodin&#039;s Swedish record of 53.34 from last month.   Michelle Coleman also lowered the Swedish junior record in the women&#039;s 100 back with a 58.17.
