After finishing second in the 200 free, Pallister held off <strong>Mariah Denigan<\/strong> of the U.S. (8:30.01) in a race that went down to the final meters.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Emma Weyant<\/strong> of the U.S. finished third in 8:38.88, followed by Canada&#8217;s <strong>Emma O\u2019Croinin<\/strong> (8:40.53), <strong>Lola Mull<\/strong> of the U.S. in 8:43.61, Japan\u2019s <strong>Aoi
