CLEAN-up efforts are underway all along the United States&#039; Eastern Coast as mega-storm hurricane Sandy unleashed her wrath. Millions of people continue to weather flooding, massive blackouts, electrical fires, structural damage and disrupted transit systems. Mandatory evacuations were enforced in low-lying parts along the eastern seaboard as <a href=http:\/\/www.msnbc.msn.com\/id\/49605748\/ns\/weather\/t\/obama-declares-major-disaster-nyc-nj-sandy-kills-causes-major-flooding-fires\/#.UJBJIVHd7dk target=_blank>President Obama declared a major disaster in New York and New Jersey.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Although Sandy continues to move inland along the East Coast, with her projected path turning North through Pennsylvania into inland New York, wind speeds have died down, and it is assumed that the worst of the storm has passed. <\/p>\n<p>In the wake of the devastation, <i>Swimming World<\/i> takes this time to check up on how New York City-based Asphalt Green (AGUA), home of London Olympic bronze medalist Lia Neal, fared as Sandy rolled through New York City.
