Great Britain&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ben Proud\u00a0<\/strong>got off to the best start and held a comfortable lead through 25 meters, only for Govorov to swim right by him and win by three tenths.<\/p>\n<p>Govorov touched in 22.48, breaking his own championship record of 22.73 set two years ago.
