Just behind her was Russia&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Anastasia Fesikova<\/strong>, who swam a time of 27.49 to set up a run at gold in the final.<\/p>\n<p>Finland&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Mimosa Jallow\u00a0<\/strong>took third in 27.62, followed by Poland&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Alicja Tchorz<\/strong> (27.72), France&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Beryl Gastadello\u00a0<\/strong>(27.86), the Czech Republic&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Simona Baumrtova\u00a0<\/strong>(27.91), the Netherlands&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Kira Toussaint\u00a0<\/strong>(27.92) and Italy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Carlotta Zofkova\u00a0<\/strong>(27.94). So fast was the field that Italy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Silvia Scalia\u00a0<\/strong>posted a time of 27.96 and ended up ninth.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\"
