CONTINUING to shine in the post-Olympic spotlight, Ryan Lochte will make his prime-time acting debut on national television this Thursday. Apparently Lochte will be playing a &#8211; excuse our language here, we&#039;re just quoting! &#8211; &#8220;sex idiot&#8221; on NBC&#039;s <i>30 Rock.<\/i> <\/p>\n<p>Written and produced by <i>Saturday Night Live (SNL)<\/i> alumni Tina Fey, 30 Rock is loosely based around Fey&#039;s experience as head writer for <i>SNL<\/i>, and is know for its tongue-in-cheek humor. <\/p>\n<p>The episode revolves around Alec Baldwin&#039;s character, Jack, who has a new love interest. Unfortunately, Jack finds out that he is one of many men in the woman&#039;s life. Guess who is another one? Golden boy Lochte, of course.  We should mention that Lochte is shirtless the first time he meets Jack in a scene called &#8220;Jack meets his lover&#039;s lover.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>To promote Lochte&#039;s cameo role, NBC released a series of teasers, for the show airing Thursday, October 18 at 8:30\/7:30c on NBC. <\/p>\n<p>Here Lochte talks about his role and time on set acting with Alec Baldwin:<br \/>\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" id=\"nbc-video-widget\" width=\"480\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.nbc.com\/assets\/video\/widget\/widget.html?vid=1420945\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Here Tina Fey and Jane Krakowski talk about Lochte on set.
