The schedule will feature eight dual meets and the H20unds Invitational during the regular season, all teams which Marist faced last season.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_2532374532284962522MsoNoSpacing\">The Red Foxes will kick things off with their annual Red &amp; White intrasquad challenge on\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1115557102\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Saturday Oct. 6<\/span><\/span>. This preseason scrimmage will be the final tune up before the season begins. Less than a week later, Marist will welcome Canisius to McCann Natatorium on\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1115557103\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Oct. 12<\/span><\/span>\u00a0to start their regular season. The Red Foxes will travel to Fordham for a midweek showdown on\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1115557104\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Oct. 18<\/span><\/span>\u00a0and close out the month of October with a home meet against men\u2019s defending MAAC Champion Rider on\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1115557105\"><span class=\"aQJ\">October 27<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_2532374532284962522MsoNoSpacing\">Marist\u2019s lone November meet will be held at Fairfield on\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1115557106\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Nov. 17<\/span><\/span>. Fairfield broke Marist women\u2019s eight year MAAC championship streak to come out on top during last season\u2019s championships. For the ninth consecutive year, the Red Foxes will compete in the H2ounds Invitational in Baltimore. They will face off against MAAC rivals Iona and Saint Peter\u2019s as well as hosts Loyola. The men\u2019s <strong>Evan Nilsson<\/strong> and <strong>Peter Gallino<\/strong> and <strong>Raislan Aiken<\/strong> were named swimmer of the meet and co-divers of the meet. On the women\u2019s side, <strong>Sara Nestrowitz<\/strong> and <strong>Esabelle Gervasio<\/strong> were named swimmer and diver of the meet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_2532374532284962522MsoNoSpacing\">Following the annual winter training trip in Orlando, Florida over the break, the Red Foxes will host Binghamton for the first meet of 2019 on\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1115557107\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Thursday, Jan 10<\/span><\/span>. Marist has a quick turn around and will travel to Boston College on\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1115557108\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Saturday Jan 12<\/span><\/span>. The Red Foxes will compete in their last home meet on senior day against Southern Connecticut State on\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1115557109\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Jan. 19<\/span><\/span>. They will close out the regular season at Bryant University on\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1115557110\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Jan. 26<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_2532374532284962522MsoNoSpacing\">The 2019 MAAC Swimming and Diving Championship will be co-hosted by Canisius and Niagara from\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1115557111\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Feb. 13-16<\/span><\/span>\u00a0at Erie Community College in Buffalo, New York. Both teams finished second last season. The men broke seven school records at MAAC champs. Between the men and women, the Red Foxes have won 30 MAAC titles since 1996.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_2532374532284962522MsoNoSpacing\">Marist will compete in the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference Championships from\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1115557112\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Feb. 28 \u2013 Mar. 2<\/span><\/span>. At last year\u2019s meet, divers <strong>Peter Gallino<\/strong> and <strong>Esabelle Gervasio<\/strong> were named ECAC Divers of the Meet. The men finished in third place, their highest finish ever.<\/p>\n<p class=\"m_2532374532284962522MsoNoSpacing\">Divers who meet national qualifying standards will end the year at the NCAA Zone A Diving Championships from\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1115557113\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Mar. 4-6<\/span><\/span>.
