Manuel touched first with a time of 52.54, effectively downing\u00a0<strong>Mallory Comerford&#8217;s<\/strong> meet and U.S. Open record of 52.81 from 2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/04P8sOqSGoA\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>Justin Wright<\/strong> flew to his first national championship victory in the men&#8217;s 200 fly, punching his ticket to the Pan Pacific Championships with a time of 1:54.63. Wright succeeded in dropping close to a full second from his prelims time of 1:55.49.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/YYd-Un00hoI\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>While she did not make the &#8216;A&#8217; final of the women&#8217;s 100 free, <strong>Katie Ledecky<\/strong> did garner her first national championship win of the meet in the women&#8217;s 800 free.
