Just one month after breaking the record for the\u00a0most sub-22-second 50 Freestyles<\/a>, Brazilian World and Pan Pacific Championship medalist Bruno Fratus<\/strong><\/a> announced his withdrawal from the 2018 Pan Pacific Championships in Tokyo.<\/p>\n
