She held consistent splits throughout the race to win with a time of 4:17.47.<\/p>\n<p>Her teammate\u00a0<strong>Azra Avdic\u00a0<\/strong>finished second in 4:19.57 while Scarlet&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Junseo Kim\u00a0<\/strong>took third in 4:20.33.<\/p>\n<p>SwimTulsa\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Liberty\u00a0<\/strong><b>Howell\u00a0<\/b>(4:23.23),\u00a0<strong>Luciana Thomas\u00a0<\/strong>(4:23.33), Club Husker&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Rachel Powers\u00a0<\/strong>(4:24.91), Missouri&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Aurore Jacolin\u00a0<\/strong>(4:25.77) and\u00a0Wichita\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Katelyn Blattner\u00a0<\/strong>(4:27.04) completed the top eight.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 400 Free<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Antonio Thomas\u00a0<\/strong>was the sole swimmer under the four-minute barrier in the men&#8217;s 400 free, finishing with a final time of 3:59.03. That&#8217;s a new lifetime best by nearly four seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Missouri&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Grant Reed\u00a0<\/strong>finished second in 4:02.76 while\u00a0Council Bluff\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Jackson Allmon\u00a0<\/strong>wound up third in 4:05.56.<\/p>\n<p>Scarlet&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Kyle Iorizzo\u00a0<\/strong>(4:06.76),\u00a0Jonesboro\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Jack Little\u00a0<\/strong>(4:06.78),\u00a0American Energy\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Hunter Denison\u00a0<\/strong>(4:10.75), Scarlet&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Zach Hu\u00a0<\/strong>(4:12.19) and Arkansas Dolphins\u2019\u00a0<strong>Vincent Jaworski\u00a0<\/strong>(4:14.47) rounded out the A final.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 100 Breast<\/h2>\n<p>Arkansas\u2019\u00a0<strong>Madison Strathman\u00a0<\/strong>completed her breaststroke sweep after winning the women&#8217;s 100 breast tonight. She finished in 1:10.27 during finals after posting a lifetime best 1:10.24 during prelims.<\/p>\n<p>Second went to\u00a0Club Husker\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Gwendolyn Worlton\u00a0<\/strong>in 1:11.12 and third went to\u00a0Splash Club\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Katherine Steward\u00a0<\/strong>in 1:11.89.<\/p>\n<p>Splash Club&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Haley Downey\u00a0<\/strong>(1:11.96), American Energy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Anna Newby\u00a0<\/strong>(1:12.72), Club Husker&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Victoria Beeler\u00a0<\/strong>(1:12.91),\u00a0Springfield\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Aubrey Brouwer\u00a0<\/strong>(1:13.19) and Columbia\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Nicole Williams\u00a0<\/strong>(1:14.75) finished fourth through eighth.<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 100 Breast<\/h2>\n<p>Missouri&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Caleb Hicks\u00a0<\/strong>won a close men&#8217;s 100 breast battle, getting his hands to the wall on three-tenths faster than the runner-up. He posted a time of 1:03.52 for the win.<\/p>\n<p>Sappy County\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Noah Barr\u00a0<\/strong>was second in 1:03.84 and Missouri State&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Paul Le<\/strong> finished third in 1:04.19.<\/p>\n<p>Greater Omaha&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Conner Funke\u00a0<\/strong>(1:04.42), Missouri&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Nick Alexander\u00a0<\/strong>(1:04.69), Missouri&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Nick Staver\u00a0<\/strong>(1:04.94), Missouri&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Alex Walton\u00a0<\/strong>(1:05.02) and Missouri&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ryan Geheb\u00a0<\/strong>(1:05.53) also raced in the top heat.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 200 Fly<\/h2>\n<p>Springfield&#8217;s used a strong first half to propel herself to a win in the women&#8217;s 200 fly. The 15-year-old finished first with a final time of 2:14.51, a new personal best.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas finished second in 2:15.35 and Club Husker&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Dana Posthuma\u00a0<\/strong>was third in 2:16.40.<\/p>\n<p>Also swimming in the fastest heat was Arkansas&#8217;\u00a0<strong>Marlena Pigliacampi\u00a0<\/strong>(2:17.98), Kim (2:19.61), Avdic (2:19.75), Columbia&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Ellen Flanagan\u00a0<\/strong>(2:21.18) and Club Husker&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Jacqueline Jeschke\u00a0<\/strong>(2:21.39).<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 200 Fly<\/h2>\n<p>After finishing third in last night&#8217;s 400 IM,\u00a0Missouri\u2019s <strong>Gustavo Gutierrez\u00a0<\/strong>found himself on top of the podium tonight in the men&#8217;s 200 fly. He won by two seconds in a time of 2:03.33.<\/p>\n<p>Parkway&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Noah Scheuermann\u00a0<\/strong>touched second in 2:05.31 while\u00a0Sooner\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Aiden Hayes\u00a0<\/strong>finished a close third in 2:05.58.<\/p>\n<p>Scarlet&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Justin Park\u00a0<\/strong>(2:06.85), King Marlin&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Richard Wagner\u00a0<\/strong>(2:07.25), Scarlet&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Gabriel Orbe\u00a0<\/strong>(2:07.96),Tsunami\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Cameron Murphy\u00a0<\/strong>(2:11.28) and Iorizzo (2:11.38) rounded out the top eight.<\/p>\n<h2>Women&#8217;s 50 Back<\/h2>\n<p>Missouri&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Haley Hynes\u00a0<\/strong>sprinted her way to a win in the women&#8217;s 50 back, winning by nearly a full second. She dropped two-tenths from her morning swim to take the title in 28.84.<\/p>\n<p>Her teammate\u00a0<strong>Sarah Thompson\u00a0<\/strong>took second in 29.70 while Club Husker&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Lindsay Helferich\u00a0<\/strong>took third in 29.93 as the only other swimmers under the 30-second mark.<\/p>\n<p>Also in the top eight were Huntsville\u2019s\u00a0<strong>Kobie Melton\u00a0<\/strong>(30.01), Rockwood&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Isabelle Clark\u00a0<\/strong>(30.02), American Energy&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Piper McNeil\u00a0<\/strong>(30.05), Club Husker&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Clara Walstad\u00a0<\/strong>(30.47) and Greater Omaha&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Elizabeth Richardson\u00a0<\/strong>(30.87).<\/p>\n<h2>Men&#8217;s 50 Back<\/h2>\n<p>Le powered his way to a win in the men&#8217;s 50 back, just sneaking under the 26-second mark with a final time of 25.97.
