Over the course of four years, Pieroni hacked more than six seconds off of his 200 yard free time and three seconds off of his 100 yard free time. The free specialist\u2019s progression isn\u2019t unusual for IU right now\u2014the Hoosiers are experiencing a renaissance that all involved are lapping up. Pieroni is part of a training group consisting of many of the world\u2019s best 200 freestylers. \u201cThat\u2019s something thatkeeps getting glossed over,\u201d he said.
