The second day of the meet features the men\u2019s and women\u2019s 200 back, 200 breast, 200 free, 200 IM, as well as the men\u2019s 50 fly, and women\u2019s 200 fly. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/results\/2018-sette-colli-trophy-day-three-prelims-day-3\/international-elite\/2018\/July\/1\">2018 Sette Colli Trophy &#8211; Day Three Prelims &#8211; Results<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Italian swimmer <\/span><b>Margherita Panziera<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> led all qualifiers through the women\u2019s 200 back (2:09.68), while countrymate <\/span><b>Christopher Ciccarese <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">did the same in men\u2019s event (2:00.70). Hungarian <\/span><b>Boglarka Kapas <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">finished just ahead of teammate <\/span><b>Lilianna Szilagyi <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in their heat to lead all qualifiers with a 2:09.62.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Andriy Govorov<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who most recently <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/andrey-govorov-rattles-50-fly-world-record-on-final-day-of-mare-nostrum-in-monaco\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">rattled the world record<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the 50 butterfly during the Mare Nostrum tour, looks like he is setting himself up to do the same again here, leading all qualifiers in the men\u2019s 50 fly with a 22.89. That put him almost a full second ahead of the next closest qualifiers, <\/span><b>Jesse Puts <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(23.68) and <\/span><b>Ben Proud <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(23.69). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dutch swimmer <\/span><b>Arno Kamminga <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">continued his strong meet in Rome, earning the top seed in the men\u2019s 200 breast with a 2:10.04. Kamminga did break the national record in the 100 breast earlier in the meet, so we will have to see how close he can get to his national record of 2:08.70 tonight. He should get a race from Brit <\/span><b>James Wilby <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(2:12.22) and German <\/span><b>Marco Koch <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(2:12.26). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">British swimmer <\/span><b>Molly Renshaw <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">will have the middle lane in the women\u2019s 200 breast tonight after her 2:27.43. Notably, Russian <\/span><b>Yulia Efimova <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">was only seventh here in 2:29.40, but a look at her splits (36.01\/38.80\/36.87\/37.72) shows she has a ton of room to drop tonight. Efimova was 1:04.98 in the 100 on the first night of the meet, which is the fastest time in the world this year. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Efimova also qualified second in the 200 IM (2:13.13) shortly after the 200 breast behind Great Britain\u2019s <\/span><b>Siobhan-Marie O\u2019Connor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (2:12.94). Hungarian <\/span><b>David Verraszto <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">took the top seed in the men\u2019s 200 IM (2:01.15). <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other top seeds include Great Britain\u2019s <\/span><b>Stephen Milne <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in the men\u2019s 200 free (1:48.45), Dutch swimmer <\/span><b>Femke Heemskerk <\/b><span
