SEVEN athletes from the African nation of Cameroon have gone missing at the 2012 London Olympics according to the Telegraph.  Cameroon officials explained that &#8220;five boxers, swimmer and a female football player were feared to have left in order to stay in Europe for &#039;economic reasons&#039;.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Swimmer Paul Ekane Edingue, who clocked a 27.87 in the men&#039;s 50 free last week, is among the seven athletes who have gone missing.  Ekane Edingue competed in four events at the 2011 World Championships, and was one of two swimmers from his country to compete.<\/p>\n<p>The Cameroonian Swim Team has always fought the burden of economic issues.
