Kazakhstan ended Team USA\u2019s run with back-to-back goals to close within 3-2 with <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1743369089\"><span class=\"aQJ\">3:28<\/span><\/span> left in the quarter. It was the closest Kazakhstan would get as\u00a0<strong>Ben Hallock<\/strong>\u00a0(Westlake Village, CA\/Stanford\/LA Premier) quickly answered with a goal from 2 meters and Roelse would add another on the power play to take a 5-2 lead at halftime.<\/p>\n<p>The second half began with a scoring drought as neither team were able to generate much offense until Daube ripped home a power play goal with <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_1743369090\"><span class=\"aQJ\">2:10<\/span><\/span> left in the quarter and he would add another on the power play late to increase the lead to 8-2.
