The Santa-Barbara style house hosts five bedrooms and six and a half baths, totaling 6,010 square feet. The house also includes four fireplaces, a 350-bottle wine room, and more. Outside, the backyard looks out at Camelback Mountain and includes orange, tangerine, lemon, lime, peach, and apple trees.<\/p>\n<p>Since moving into the house in 2015, Phelps and wife,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/?s=Nicole+Johnson\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Nicole Johnson Phelps<\/strong><\/a>, have grown their family with the births of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/michael-phelps-nicole-johnson-welcome-baby-boomer-robert-phelps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Boomer<\/strong> <\/a>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/michael-phelps-nicole-johnson-welcome-baby-boy-beckett-richard\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Beckett<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the Phelps family, many well-known names within the swimming community have also spent time at the Phelps&#8217; home in Paradise Valley. This includes long-time coach, mentor, and pseudo-grandfather\u00a0<strong>Bob Bowman<\/strong>, fellow Olympian\u00a0<strong>Allison Schmitt<\/strong>, and Australian legend\u00a0<strong>Grant Hackett<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nothing has been mentioned as to where the Phelps will be relocating to at this time.
