After turning professional in March<\/a> and shattering her own World Record<\/a> in the 1500 Freestyle at the May TYR Pro Swim Series at Indianapolis, six-time Olympic medalist Katie Ledecky<\/strong><\/a> announced her partnership with TYR via her Instagram account on June 8:<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m thrilled to join #TeamTYR<\/a> as I take this important step in my career! With TYR\u2019s support, we\u2019ll work to grow the sport for current and future swimmers #TYRxLEDECKY<\/a>,” <\/em>Ledecky said on Instagram.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

After announcing her switch from collegiate to professional swimming, Ledecky quickly chose her agents<\/a>. Per a report from\u00a0Sports Business Daily<\/em>, she will be represented by\u00a0Dan Levy <\/strong>and Lindsay Kagawa Colas\u00a0<\/strong>of Wasserman.<\/p>\n

\u201cI will be seeking the support of sponsors who understand my commitment to training, to my education and to my growth as a person. I also am excited to work with people and companies who understand that they are also investing in my journey to have success in the pool,\u201d Ledecky said<\/a> at the time.<\/p>\n
