JAMES Magnussen broke his media silence yesterday in Manchester, England, at the Australian training camp there. During a special media press conference, the reigning world champion in the 100 freestyle said he&#039;s excited about the possibility of racing 100 percent healthy, which he has not been able to do since rocketing to the top of the world rankings. He suffered from pneumonia just weeks before the world championships last summer, and has a chest infection shortly before the Australian Olympic Trials last March. He also said he&#039;s looking forward to racing Cesar Cielo at the Olympics, but doesn&#039;t call it a rivalry, since the two have not raced against each other enough.<\/p>\n<p>The Americans are three days into their training camp in France, and they&#039;re receiving good news, as reports are surfacing that all the drug tests done at the Olympic Trials were clean.
