NEW HAVEN, CT\u00a0\u2014This upcoming fall, the Yale women’s swimming and diving team will welcome nine members in the Class of 2022. The new class of Bulldogs features eight swimmers and one diver.<\/p>\n

Guided by the Robert J.H. Kiphuth Head Coach of Men’s and Women’s Swimming and Diving, Jim Henry<\/strong><\/a>, Head Diving Coach Chris Berg\u00e8re<\/strong> and 2018-2019 Captain Sophie Pilkinton<\/strong>, these athletes will strive to lift the team to its third consecutive undefeated regular season and its eighth Ivy League Championship victory<\/a>.<\/p>\n

When discussing the Class of 2022, Coach Jim Henry stressed the readiness of these athletes to make their presence felt from the outset: “They are a positively-motivated group that will have a huge impact on our team from day one. The championship-level experience that they bring will allow them to contribute early. ” He also added: “All of these women share a love of Yale, to academics and our team. We cannot wait to get started.”<\/p>\n
