OMAHA, Nebraska, June 30. IF you've been a regular watcher of The Morning Swim Show<\/i> since the first episodes in 2008, you're aware of the show's “Reverse Curse,” meaning people who appear on the show tend to go on to big things in the future, contrary to the curse of appearing on the cover of Sports Illustrated<\/i>. It's a term we first coined during the 2008 Olympics.<\/p>\n

That's not to say everyone who appears on the show automatically will coast to a spot on a major international team, set a record or achieve ultimate fame. But it certainly hasn't hurt!<\/p>\n

Tonight's women's 100 freestyle final at the U.S. Swimming Trials was a major example of The Morning Swim Show<\/i> “Reverse Curse,” as the six top finishers have been a presence on the show in some form in the past 12 months. <\/p>\n
