In Atlanta, athletes from around (and outside of) the United States will partake in a three-day long course meet at the historical Georgia Tech McAuley Aquatic Center.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/2018-atlanta-classic-psych-sheet.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">CLICK HERE TO VIEW THE FULL PSYCH SHEET<\/a><\/p>\n<p>While\u00a0<strong>Katie Ledecky<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Matt Grevers, Allison Schmitt<\/strong>, and more hit the pool in Indianapolis, several of Team USA&#8217;s top athletes will be swimming down south in Atlanta.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caeleb Dressel<\/strong> is among the top names of the weekend and is entered in an interesting combination of six events. America&#8217;s fastest sprinter will naturally be swimming the 50 (21.80) and 100 free (51.00), but will also add the 200 free, 100 back, 100 breast, and 200 IM.<\/p>\n<p>Dressel had previously posted an American record time of 50.03 (SCY) in the 100 breast at the 2018\u00a0SEC Championships and should not be counted out of the medal podium. He also currently holds the SCY American record for the 200 IM at a 1:38.13.<\/p>\n<p>Another big name arriving from Florida is veteran\u00a0<strong>Ryan Lochte<\/strong>, who has been focused more on training than on competing in recent months. Lochte is slated to compete in three events: 200 free, 100 fly, and 400 IM. This will be the first meet that Lochte has swum the 400 IM in since the 2016 Olympic Trials.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Penny Oleksiak<\/strong> of Canada will make the trip down south to swim in five total events. Oleksiak is entered in the 50, 100, and 200 free, as well as the 100 &amp; 200 fly.<\/p>\n<p>15-year-old\u00a0<strong>Phoebe Bacon<\/strong> will be one to keep a close eye on as she swims in six total events.
