He was first at the 50 and the only swimmer in the field under 23 seconds on the way out, splitting 22.59 on the way out and coming home in 25.19 to hit the wall in 47.75. Morozov\u2019s best time stands at a 47.62 from all the way back in 2013 at the World University Games in Kazan, and this is the first time he has been this close to that mark in several years. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Morozov will have another chance to get down to that mark on a bigger stage at European Championships later this summer where is sure to be a medal
