Sarasota was second (1,701), followed by Westport\/Weston CT YMCA (1,604), Chesapeake YMCA (1,541) and South Family YMCA-Kettering rounded out the top five at 1,404.<\/p>\n<p>The top-scorer was <strong>Nancy Brown<\/strong> (80-84), who scored 108 points in 12 events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dan Garrick-Glaser<\/strong> (25-29) led the men\u2019s scorers for the meet with 105 points in 12 events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Michael Laux<\/strong> (74-79) had 97 points in 11 events, while <strong>Fred Salzmann<\/strong> (85-90) had 96 points in 12 events. <strong>Timothy Shead<\/strong> (65-69) had 90 points in 11 events, while <strong>John Collings<\/strong> (90-94) and <strong>Jack Groselle<\/strong> (60-64) each scored 91 points in nine events.<\/p>\n<p>The distance events were the most impressive of the meet, especially in the upper age brackets.<\/p>\n<h3>Women\u2019s 1650 Free<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Cara Cannilla<\/strong> won the 1650 free in the 18-24 bracket at 20:0.81. <strong>Julia Courtney<\/strong> won at 25-29 (20:39.19) and <strong>Melissa Wideman<\/strong> won the 30-34 (22:49.30).<\/p>\n<h3>Men\u2019s 1650 Free<\/h3>\n<p>In the men\u2019s 1,650 free, <strong>Brodie Hynes<\/strong> won the 40-44 (19:43.35), <strong>Ramses Rodriguez<\/strong> won the 45-49 (17:58.60), <strong>Jeff Sargent<\/strong> won 50-54 (19:29.46), <strong>Jerry De Muro<\/strong> won 60-64 (18:31.64), <strong>Mark Modjeska<\/strong> won 65-59 (20:51.57), <strong>Craig Kugler<\/strong> won 80-84 (40:12.04) and <strong>Fred Salzmann<\/strong> won 85-89 (38:15.07).<\/p>\n<h3>Women\u2019s 1000 Free<\/h3>\n<p>In the women\u2019s 1000 free, <strong>Stephanie Heatley<\/strong> won the 25-29 (11:44.10), <strong>Melissa Wideman<\/strong> won the 30-34 (12:26.52), <strong>Areli Nancarrow-Ibarra<\/strong> won the 35-39 (13:15.73), <strong>Melissa Nordquist<\/strong> won the 45-59 (12:15.07), <strong>Susie Shuck<\/strong> won the 50-54 (11:47.36), <strong>Barb Riazzi<\/strong> won 55-59 (13:00.46), <strong>Karen Einsidler<\/strong> won 60-65 (12:07.71), <strong>Joan Crafty<\/strong> won 65-69 (13:43.73), <strong>Carol Guibord<\/strong> won 70-74 (17:17.48), <strong>Luise Easton<\/strong> won 75-79 (20:55.05) and <strong>Martha Henderson<\/strong> won 80-84 (21:26.10).<\/p>\n<h3>Men\u2019s 1000 Free<\/h3>\n<p>In the men\u2019s 1000 free, <strong>Dan Glaser-Garbrick<\/strong> won the 25-29 (9:58.57), <strong>William Kloppe<\/strong> won 35-59 (10:53.06), <strong>John Decker<\/strong> won 40-44 (11:15.25), <strong>Andrew Farrell<\/strong> won 45-49 (11:10.06), <strong>Ricardo Valdivia<\/strong> won 50-54 (10:06.92), <strong>John Grzezczak<\/strong> won 55-59 (14:14.84), <strong>Franklin Halley<\/strong> won 60-64 (11:30.50), <strong>Mark Modjeska<\/strong> won 65-69 (12:25.57), <strong>Frank McElroy<\/strong> won 70-74 (12:26.16), <strong>Michael Laux<\/strong> won 75-79 (16:06.28), <strong>William T.
