THE 24-hour Club is a group of open water swimmers who have completed a non-stop swim in an open body of water (e.g., ocean, lake, river, bay) for a minimum of 24 hours.  <\/p>\n<p>These individuals have demonstrated the ultimate in endurance, stamina and patience.<\/p>\n<p>The list does not include any stage swims, swims assisted with wetsuits, fins, shark cages or other equipment, swims that do not adhere to the traditional rules of marathon swimming, or solo swims that were attempted but not completed (and there were several that lasted over 24 hours but were stopped for various
