He was just ahead of Scotland\u2019s <\/span><b>Duncan Scott <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(1:57.86) and fellow Aussie <\/span><b>Clyde Lewis <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(1:58.18).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scotland had two more swimmers in the final, with <\/span><b>Mark Szaranek <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in fourth<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(1:59.24) and <\/span><b>Daniel Wallace <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">in sixth (1:59.85). New Zealand\u2019s <\/span><b>Bradlee Ashby <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">was fifth (1:59.59) and <\/span><b>Lewis Clareburt <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">was seventh (2:01.13). Rounding out the field was <\/span><b>Xavier Castelli <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of Wales in 2:01.49.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_305012\" style=\"width: 1540px\"
