{"id":302219,"date":"2018-03-23T20:12:49","date_gmt":"2018-03-24T03:12:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/?p=302219"},"modified":"2018-03-23T20:12:49","modified_gmt":"2018-03-24T03:12:49","slug":"ncaa-division-i-mens-championships-day-4-prelims-heat-sheets","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/ncaa-division-i-mens-championships-day-4-prelims-heat-sheets\/","title":{"rendered":"NCAA Division I Men&#8217;s Championships: Day 4 Prelims Heat Sheets"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The final day of the NCAA Division I Men\u2019s Swimming &amp; Diving Championships is upon us.<\/p>\n<p>The heat sheets have been released for the final morning of the meet.<\/p>\n<p>Texas freshman <strong>Austin Katz<\/strong> has the top seed in the 200 backstroke with Harvard\u2019s Dean Farris right behind.<\/p>\n<p>In the 100 free, Florida&#8217;s <strong>Caeleb Dressel<\/strong> is, of course, the top seed at 40.87 at least a half-second ahead of Texas junior <strong>Tate Jackson<\/strong> and the rest of the field.<\/p>\n<p>In the 200 breaststroke, <strong>Ian Finnerty<\/strong>, the 100 breast champion, has the top seed and is looking for the double.<\/p>\n<p>In the 200 butterfly, Indiana\u2019s<strong> Vini Lanza<\/strong> has the top spot as the Hoosiers look to remain in the team race.<\/p>\n<p>The final event is the 400 free relay and the top seed is the NC State Wolfpack.<\/p>\n<p>Later in the day, the 1650 free will begin with NC State\u2019s <strong>Anton Ipsen<\/strong> as the top seed, while Michigan\u2019s <strong>Felix Aubock<\/strong>, South Carolina\u2019s <strong>Akram Mahmoud<\/strong> and Stanford\u2019s <strong>Grant Shoults<\/strong> loom.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/vmrw8k5h.tinifycdn.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/saturday-prelim-heat-sheet-1650.pdf\">FULL FINAL DAY HEAT SHEETS \u2014 WITH 1650 FREE<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The final day of the NCAA Division I Men\u2019s Swimming &amp; Diving Championships is upon us.
