    4×50 Free Relay<\/h3>\n
    Taking the B final in time of 1:16.31 was Indiana’s Ali Khalafalla<\/strong> (19.40), Blake Pieroni<\/strong> (18.88), Bruno Blaskovic<\/strong> (18.83) and Josh Romany<\/strong> (19.20).<\/p>\n
    The University of Florida Gators earned themselves a victory in the 4×50 free relay with an American record lead-off split from Caeleb Dressel<\/strong> (17.81). The rest of the squad, Jan<\/strong> Switkowski<\/strong> (18.52), Enzo Martinez<\/strong> (19.00) and Mark Szaranek<\/strong> (19.06) added up to a pool record of 1:14.39.<\/p>\n
    The NC State squad of Ryan Held<\/strong> (18.56), Justin Ress<\/strong> (18.31), Jacob Molacek<\/strong> (18.67)\u00a0 and Coleman Stewart<\/strong> (18.96) produced a 1:14.50 to break the old American record of 1:15.26. In third was California in a 1:14.56.<\/p>\n

    Texas junior Townley Haas<\/strong> swam a 4:08.60 to take the win in the A final, just under the pool record that second place-finisher, Felix Aub\u00f6ck<\/strong> (4:09.03), set this morning. NC State’s Anton<\/strong> Ipsen<\/strong> (4:09.13) took third, also under the old pool record.<\/p>\n

    Tonight’s A final featured not one, but two sub-1:40 swimmers with Florida’s Jan Switkowski<\/strong> (1:39.54) leading the way with NC State’s Andreas Vazaios<\/strong> (1:39.97) following behind in second. This puts Switkowski third on the all-time list with Vazaios now sitting behind the Gator in fourth all-time. Third was awarded to Florida’s Mark Szaranek<\/strong> in a time of 1:40.27.<\/p>\n
    Cal’s Matthew Josa<\/strong> posted a 1:41.66 in the B final to take the win for the Bears.<\/p>\n

    In tonight’s 50 free A final Florida Gator Caeleb Dressel<\/strong> threw down yet another American record with a 17.63 to win by nearly a second ahead of NC State’s Ryan Held<\/strong>. Minnesota’s Bowen Becker<\/strong> snuck into third with an 18.90.<\/p>\n
    Dressel’s margin of victory was wider than the any other individual event tonight, as he won by .99 of a second. This also solidifies Dressel as the only\u00a0man to win the 50 free all four years at NCAA\u2019s. It is also interesting to note that Dressel\u2019s second 25 was faster than the rest of the field\u2019s second 25 and only .05 slower than the second fastest first 25 in the field.<\/p>\n
    USC’s Santo Condorelli<\/strong> touched first in the B final with an 18.99.<\/p>\n

    4×100 Medley Relay<\/h3>\n
    The 4×100 medley relay A final featured Indiana’s squad of Gabriel Fantoni<\/strong> (45.59), Ian Finnerty<\/strong> (50.33), Vini Lanza<\/strong> (44.53) and Blake Pieroni<\/strong> (40.62) swam a time of 3:01.07 to break their own pool record from this morning while NC State’s team of Coleman Stewart<\/strong> (44.74), Jacob Molacek<\/strong> (52.32), Ryan Held<\/strong> (43.88) and Justin Ress<\/strong> (40.82) put together a 3:01.76 for second.<\/p>\n
    In third was USC quartet of Ralf Tribuntsov<\/strong> (45.01), Carsten Vissering<\/strong> (50.90), Dylan Carter<\/strong> (44.71) and Santo Condorelli<\/strong> (41.21).<\/p>\n
    The Texas Longhorns won the B final in a time of 3:03.56.<\/p>\n

    The men’s 1-meter diving event was won by Indiana senior Michael Hixon<\/strong>\u00a0with a score of 464.40, just nine points shy of the NCAA record of 473.75, set by Stanford’s Kristian Ipsen<\/strong>\u00a0in 2013.<\/p>\n
    Purdue’s Steele Johnson<\/strong> took second in a score of 443.85. In third was Florida’s\u00a0James Connor<\/strong> (440.55).<\/p>\n
    Rounding out the A final with a score of 387.45 was Texas Longhorn Grayson Campbel<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
