TODAY, the Czech Swimming Federation announced that Czech national record holder Michal Rubacek has been banned two years for testing positive for the banned stimulant methylhexanamine at his national championships in December, according to the <i>Washington Post<\/i>.<\/p>\n<p>Rubacek will now miss the 2012 London Olympics after swimming for his country in both the 204 Athens and 2008 Beijing Games.
