Future NC State swimmer Kylee Alons<\/strong> of Fort Collins\u2019 21.90 anchor split on the 4×50 medley relay highlighted day two of the 2018 Speedo Sectionals Championship Series in Federal Way, Wash.<\/p>\n

After two full days of competition so far, King leads the men\u2019s team scores with 557 points followed by Tualatin Hills (407) and Hillsboro (372). Fort Collins leads the women\u2019s meet with 779 points ahead of King (549) and Bellevue (327).<\/p>\n

Missoula\u2019s Katharine Berkoff <\/strong>won her third event of the meet, this time winning a close women\u2019s 200 free battle in 1:46.81. Fort Collins\u2019 Kylee Alons <\/strong>was right behind her in 1:46.83 for second and her teammate Zoe Bartel <\/strong>was third in 1:46.91.<\/p>\n

Iolani\u2019s \u2018aukai Lileikils<\/strong> cruised to first in the men\u2019s 200 free, winning by nearly two seconds in 1:34.68. Tualatin Hills\u2019 Ethan Luc <\/strong>took second in 1:36.63 and Fort Collins\u2019 William Kovac <\/strong>finished third in 1:36.98.<\/p>\n

Fort Collins\u2019 Coleen Gillilan, <\/strong>who has given her verbal commitment to Notre Dame beginning in 2019, won her second event of the meet, claiming first in the women\u2019s 400 IM in 4:14.04. Second place went to Issaquah\u2019s Sarah Dimeco <\/strong>(4:15.83) and third went to Fort Collins\u2019 Caraline Baker <\/strong>(4:18.83).<\/p>\n

Hillsboro\u2019s Ethan Heasley <\/strong>claimed his third individual gold medal of the meet, winning the men\u2019s 400 IM in 3:45.56. King\u2019s Daniel Roy <\/strong>earned silver in 3:49.98 and Billings\u2019 Ethan Harder <\/strong>grabbed bronze in 3:51.09.<\/p>\n

Fort Collins\u2019 Bayley Stewart <\/strong>(25.53), Bartel (26.98), Gillilan (23.66) and Alons (21.90) dominated the women\u2019s 4×50 medley relay in 1:38.07, winning the event by over four seconds. Lake Oswego finished second in 1:42.16 and King took third in 1:42.33.<\/p>\n

Bellevue\u2019s Kyle Millis<\/strong> (22.56), James Deiparine <\/strong>(24.62), Nathan Shao <\/strong>(22.57) and Andrew Boden <\/strong>(20.64) won the men\u2019s 4×50 medley relay in 1:30.39. Iolani was a close second in 1:30.51 and King was third in 1:30.70.<\/p>\n

She graduated from the University of Vermont in 2019 with a degree in Public Communication and a double minor in Coaching and Sports Management.
