Cal was second at 1:33.85 and Indiana was third at 1:33.89. All three schools swam faster than the fastest time ever that Cal set at 1:34.10 from the 2017 NCAA&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ally Howe\u00a0<\/strong>(23.54),\u00a0<strong>Kim Williams\u00a0<\/strong>(26.50),\u00a0<strong>Janet Hu<\/strong>\u00a0(22.62)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Simone Manuel<\/strong>\u00a0(20.45)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>swam for Stanford as Manuel had the fastest freestyle split in history with her 20.45 anchor leg.<\/p>\n<p>Cal was second with\u00a0<strong>Kathleen Baker\u00a0<\/strong>(23.56),\u00a0<strong>Abbey Weitzeil\u00a0<\/strong>(26.68),\u00a0<strong>Noemie Thomas\u00a0<\/strong>(22.66) and\u00a0<strong>Amy Bilquist<\/strong>\u00a0(20.95)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>to move to second fastest in history.<\/p>\n<p>Indiana swam\u00a0<strong>Ally Rockett\u00a0<\/strong>(23.54),\u00a0<strong>Lilly King\u00a0<\/strong>(25.38),\u00a0<strong>Christie Jensen<\/strong>\u00a0(23.18)<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0<strong>Grace Haskett\u00a0<\/strong>(21.79)\u00a0for third place as King had the fastest breaststroke split ever with her time.<\/p>\n<p>Texas A&amp;M (1:35.57), Louisville (1:35.70), Minnesota (1:36.03), Southern California (1:36.44) and Texas (1:36.49) also swam in the championship final.<\/p>\n<p>All of the fastest splits came from the top three schools except USC&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Louise Hansson\u00a0<\/strong>who swam a 22.33 butterfly split.<\/p>\n<p>This is Stanford&#8217;s 14th overall 200 medley relay title.
