\nYSSC FEBRUARY FLING<\/p>\n
The Fighting Sea Cucumbers from the Y-Spartaquatics hosted its second annual February Fling Feb. 24-26 in Duncan, South Carolina. The meet was contested in short course yards.<\/p>\n

MINI GALA<\/p>\n
The Wadsworth School in Great Britain held its Mini Gala Feb. 25. The meet was swum in a 18-meter pool in short course meters.<\/p>\n

SENIOR\/OPEN
\nFLORIDA SWIMMING SPRING SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIPS
\nThe Bolles School Sharks claimed the combined team title at the Florida Swimming Spring Senior Championships Feb. 23-26. Bolles collected 1,856 points, followed by Tampa Bay Community Aquatics (1,190), Sarasota YMCA Sharks (841), Area Tallahassee Aquatic Club (819) and Gator Swim Club (615).<\/p>\n
The meet, hosted by YCF Swimming, was held in Orlando. Finals were swum in long course meters; prelims and non-Olympic events, which were contested on Thursday, were held in short course yards. <\/p>\n

HIGH SCHOOL
\nMPSSAA 3A\/2A\/1A STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS<\/p>\n
C. Milton Wright claimed the girls team title and Poolesville was the boys top team at the Maryland State 3A\/2A\/1A State Championships Feb. 25 (in the afternoon session) at the University of Maryland in College Park. Please see related story on our website.<\/p>\n

MPSSAA 4A\/3A STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS
\nDuring the morning session on Feb. 25 at the University of Maryland-College Park, the 4A\/3A section of the Maryland State High School Championships was held. Walt Whitman was the girls team champion, and Walter Johnson took home the boys team title. Please see related story on our website.<\/p>\n

ILLINOIS BOYS STATE HIGH SCHOOL CHAMPIONSHIPS<\/p>\n
The Illinois Boys State High School Swimming and Diving Championships were held Feb. 24-25 in Evanston. The highlight of the meet was Winnetka New Trier’s national record-setting 400 yard free relay team in prelims (2:59.76). New Trier grabbed the team title as well.
